About Us
Account Resolution Team has been independently owned and operated for nearly 60 years, with a rich regional history, Account Resolution Team was established in Morristown, Tennessee in 1962. Since that time, ART continues to provide cutting-edge collections solutions to many states in the Southeast, all supported by a staff with more than 70 years of experience.
Formerly known as Tri-County Collection Agency (TCCA INC) and its subsidiary Credit Bureau of East Tennessee, the company was renamed to Account Resolution Team, Inc. in 2015 to reflect its broader mission: “to resolve accounts efficiently and help businesses run more smoothly“.
ART has partnered with a leading software development company to provide unparalleled digital solutions to accommodate for the most user-friendly, cost-effective, and timely account resolutions to work alongside its personally interfaced structure that our partners have grown accustomed to.

What do you charge per month?
ZERO! We don’t get paid unless you get paid.
Do you require a miminum amount of collections?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We won’t ever let you go because your accounts are on the smaller size. Generally, a minimum of $50 on an account is the standard, but we can talk about what you need. Just use the form to the right.
Do I have to submit my accounts a certain way?
NOPE! We will take them via email, spreadsheet, snail mail, fax, or carrier pigeon.
Do you collect for all industries?
YES! We primarily handle medical collections, but our clients are also landlords, tire shops, funeral homes, daycares, and more!
